• We accept returns and exchanges of items unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging
• Valid proof of payment: gift receipt, confirmation email receipt
• Returns and exchanges within 30 days from date of receiving purchase
• Clearance items are final sale
• Cost associated with shipping and shipping costs will not be refunded
• Refund processing will be in the same format as original payment

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse via Canada Post, UPS & DHL Delivery Service to arrive within 7 – 10 business days once your order ships from our warehouse. Shipping is only domestic for now with $20 Flat rate for standard shipping. Time for shipping: 7 – 10 business days standard shipping
